NPI Project Manager / New Product Introduction Project Manager

£40,000 + Production Bonus + Training & Development + Project Ownership + Long-Term Stability

Are you an NPI Project Manager, Product Development Project Manager or Project Coordinator looking to take full ownership of projects from concept through to production launch, in a business that genuinely invests in your development?

On offer is a permanent position with a well-established, multinational engineering and manufacturing group, where you'll drive new products through an established five-phase NPI framework and play a key role in continued global growth.

You will manage multiple NPI projects, owning plans, milestones, resources and risk, while coordinating Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality, Sales and Product Management. You'll lead stage/gate reviews, provide clear progress reporting to senior stakeholders, and support prototype builds, verification and regulatory approval activity (including CE marking where required).

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys cross-functional project ownership and wants long-term development in a quality-led engineering environment, with the scope to improve processes and project controls as the business continues to expand.

The Role:

• Manage multiple NPI / product development projects from concept through to production launch
• Drive projects through an established five-phase NPI process (Wrike or similar)
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, suppliers and external engineering resources
• Lead meetings, stage/gate reviews and deliver progress reports to senior stakeholders
• Support prototype builds, testing and CE approval activities where required

The Person:

• Experience delivering NPI / product development projects in an engineering or manufacturing environment
• Strong project planning and control skills (milestones, dependencies, resources, risk)
• Confident coordinating technical and non-technical stakeholders
