Introduction & Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of Finance and ERP transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on ERP implementations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as this role will involve collaboration across various teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Main Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of Finance and ERP transformation projects from initiation to go-live.
Coordinate internal stakeholders, external vendors, and system integrators.
Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and dependencies.
Ensure successful integration between ERP systems and connected applications.
Coordinate testing, data migration, cutover, and deployment activities.
Facilitate governance meetings and provide regular project status reporting.
Drive issue resolution and ensure delivery meets agreed business requirements.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
Proven experience delivering ERP implementation projects.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working with both business and technical teams.
Structured, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
Fluent in English.

Nice to Have

Experience with Oracle NetSuite implementations.
Experience in Finance, Accounting, or Corporate Services environments.
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification.
Experience with system integrations, data migration, and change management.

Other Details

This position involves leading the implementation of a new ERP solution, covering all project phases, from planning to go-live.
