Working at the forefront of AI, machine learning, and enterprise software, you will help build solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making for financial institutions around the world.

In this role, you will design and develop full-stack features across front-end, back-end, AI, and infrastructure environments. You will work on advanced applications including document fraud detection, web due diligence, prompt optimisation, AI evaluation frameworks, model fine-tuning, and custom machine learning solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in full-stack product engineering, hands-on exposure to modern AI technologies, and a passion for solving real-world problems through technology. This is a high-ownership position offering the opportunity to shape both product direction and AI strategy within a rapidly scaling business.

The Role:

• Build and develop full-stack AI-powered product features
• Develop and optimise LLM, computer vision, and agent-based systems
• Create evaluation, testing, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning frameworks
• Work across front-end, back-end, DevOps, and MLOps environments
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver customer-focused solutions

The Person:

• 4+ years' experience in a full-stack or product engineering role
• Strong TypeScript, React, and Node.js development skills
• Experience with AI/ML systems, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning
• Knowledge of computer vision and custom model training
• Proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable taking ownership of projects
