What do I charge for A4 2 sided pamplet?

How much time have you spent on it for instance?

It's been one of those back and forth nightmare projects, I invoiced him for £460 but there have been further twiddly amends amounting to many more hours.

Would you have a capped limit for what you would charge the guy for this pamphlet or simply charge for hours worked regardless?

I bill by the hour....no exceptions.
