Do DePins Have A Long Term Potential ?

DePIN has always been an aspect of Web3 that's interesting, projects where people earn by powering real-world resources like storage or connectivity instead of relying only on centralized infrastructure.

Most of us know Filecoin, Roam or Nodepay but then came DoubleZero (2Z), a fiber network where contributors plug in private links and get rewarded with its Solana-based token. As it launched on Bitget with a Candybomb and community campaign, it makes consider investing a bit in Depin ecosystem. Because from my perspective, they are kind of a gold mine yet to be discovered and if DePINs really scale, do you think they could become for Web3 what cloud providers were for Web2 ?
