Beckham law in Spain and freelancers

Hi Guys,
I read on multiple blogs that the so called Beckham law in Spain is now applicable to freelancers.

I already spend a few months every year there and I am thinking about transferring my limited company to Spain and serving my clients remotely.

I have two questions:
- When you are eligible to the beckham law, do you still need to pay corporate tax on top of the 24% income tax?
- Can you recommend a good spanish accountant that could answer my questions and eventually assist set-up a spanish company?
