Anyone working in UAE having trouble checking FAB Ratibi card balance properly?

Hi everyone, I know this is mainly a web design space but I have seen a few threads here about payments and working with overseas clients, so I thought it might be worth asking.

I am currently doing contract work for a company in the UAE and they pay my salary through a FAB Ratibi card. The problem I am facing is that checking the balance is not straightforward. Sometimes the SMS alerts stop coming and I do not have full access to online banking since it is not a regular account.

This becomes a bit of an issue when I am trying to track payments from projects and see what has actually been credited versus what has already been deducted through small charges or ATM usage. It makes it harder to manage finances alongside freelance work.

Has anyone here dealt with something similar while working abroad or with UAE-based payments and found a reliable way to check the exact balance on a Ratibi card without confusion? I would appreciate any practical suggestions.
