I do a lot of walking to improve the strength of my spine and to generally lose some weight which would put a lot of stress on that area. I had physio some years back due to problems with my sorca illiac and was told that the only way to prevent its reucrrance was to walk. I have been doing a lot of that lately where I live in Suffolk and blessed with some wonderful views. Would this help by any chance. Come back to me
Regardsx Fiona Johnston:o - My fitness regime is get out of bed, walk to the PC, walk to the kettle, walk to the PC, walk to the loo, walk to the PC, walk to the fridge, walk to the microwave, walk to the couch, walk bed. Well what more do you expect from a freelancer! My pot noodle diet works a treat too 😃
