Jimmy that's really frustrating. I can only echo what the other two have said. It's dependent upon whether you signed and contract and if you did what that contract stated.

I agree with Opus, I don't think in this case it would make much difference whether you have a DIY contract or not, but if you feel more comfortable having it written down it should be easy enough to do
