Watermarks? Non-comprende!

Hi there, I need to pick your brains....

A client wants a logo supplied in all formats including one for use as a background/watermark for powerpoint slides. I'm supplying TIFFs and JPEGs will these suffice or do I need to create something in word for her?

I need a bit of advice. I'm about to do a small job for a new client which involves recreating a logo so that she has a vector file (plus supplying TIFF, JPEG & PDF) and possibly applying it to letterhead and comp slip. I usually charge by the day or hour but on this occasion she would like one single fee. I was going to charge £80 for the lot, does that sound reasonable? Other more experienced freelancers may charge more but as I'm starting out and as she is a new client I thought this was about right...thoughts please! :-)
