I am quitting my job at the end of the month, though I may be working part time thereafter, I haven't really established myself as a freelance designer (lingerie/nightwear/print & embroidery) yet.

What do I do when I leave work - do I register myself as self employed even when I'm working part time? And what about tax??

What do I need when I am approaching clients in terms of contracts/agreements/payments? Where do I start and what are the most important things I should start with?

Please give me some quick advice - much appreciated!!
