I dont think you will notice too much difference other than they will probably be less interested in your personality and more interested in your skills/experience.

After all they are only employing you for a short amount of time and they are usually looking for very specialist skills.

Personally, I have found interviews for contract roles generally shorter and less involved than interviews for permenent roles. Therefore less pressure.
