can anyone give me a rough idea of freelance rates for Creative Artworkers in Manchester and Preston area?

Im a Creative Artworker within the design and advertising bracket. With 19 years experience I have been freelance for nearly 10 years. I come from London and have always worked here, but Im relocating to Preston at the end of the year due to that love thing!

I dont want to undercut anyone or be laughed at for being too expensive either. In London I charge between £25 and £35 per hour depending on the job/client and not sure if it is much different in Manchester, can anyone shed some light on it for me.
