Okay, this is a bit of a mess. I somehow volunteered (half-asleep, might I add) to present an analytical essay in front of my entire class next week. The problem? I haven’t even chosen a topic yet, and I’m not great at analytical writing to begin with. I’m decent at research, but structuring arguments and breaking down texts is not my strength at all. I’m really starting to panic. Has anyone been in a similar situation? Is it even possible to get decent help for something like this on short notice? I'd love any tips—or just a little encouragement at this point.

Hey, I totally get where you’re coming from. My cousin went through something similar during her nursing program—it’s intense, especially in the summer when it feels like everyone else is relaxing. What helped her most was breaking tasks into smaller chunks and focusing on one thing at a time. Sometimes just having someone sit nearby while she worked made a big difference. You're awesome for trying to support your sister through this!
