je cherche pour un de mes clients un hardware expert X86 Virtualization à Saint-Denis 92
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT with minimum 5 years in a similar role,
Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must (English, French would be a plus).

Significant experience and knowledge of managing a Hardware Basket, Hardware configuration and monitoring, Firmware Upgrades, Installation a must- Dell, HPe and Nutanix Appliances would be a nice to have (Supermicro appliances)
Significant experience and knowledge of Hypervisor Management. VMWare, Citrix XEN, MS Hyper-V (Design, Build and Management) a must
Significant experience and knowledge of Hyperconverged Systems Management (VSAN and Nutanix). a must
Experiences on AHV, Openshift, Openstack, Proxmox or alternative hypervisors would be a plus.
Significant of ITIL processes and their implementation in IT organizations.
Ability to interact and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Focus on delivering business solutions (people, process, and technology) that provide value, not just installing technology. Proven record of accomplishment of collaborating with business management in the delivery of IT enabled business solutions.
Focus on continious improvements and positive mindset,
Experience collaborating with others in IT management to deliver shared results (work as a team). Ability to achieve results without necessarily having a reporting relationship.
Must be in capability to travel cross Europe to deliver excellence for the Competence Center ""Hosting"" (Monthly basis)
Required presence on site two days per week

Job Description

Administrate the X86 Hosting perimeter (Europe) : X86 Hardware and virtualization layers under the responsability of the French Regional Manager.
Collaborate closely with the others five X86's Competences Center cross Europe (X86's competences centers Must be considerate as ONE virtual department cross countries)
The teams is composed initially by 9 internals and some externals.
Deliver excellent operations for the group (6 countries, s
