Excellent opportunity for a Senior Digital Strategist to join a fast-growing, global technology business in a highly strategic, client-facing role where you will help major enterprise customers turn customer data, analytics and digital insight into measurable commercial outcomes.

This organisation is a well-established, international software company specialising in customer data, behavioural analytics and digital experience technology. They work with large enterprise customers across regulated, data-rich industries including financial services, healthcare, travel, retail, telecoms and insurance.

In this role, you will sit within Professional Services and take ownership of the value strategy across customer engagements. You will lead discovery workshops, define success criteria, build KPI frameworks, own business requirements documents, and create use-case roadmaps that connect platform capability to tangible customer outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in analytics consulting, customer data strategy, digital strategy or MarTech consulting. You will need to be confident engaging senior stakeholders, translating complex data concepts into clear business value, and working closely with technical, product, customer success and delivery teams.

The Role:

• Lead senior customer workshops with stakeholders across digital, data, marketing and customer experience
• Define success criteria, KPIs, value frameworks and customer roadmaps
• Own business requirements documents, ensuring they are focused on commercial outcomes
• Translate customer data, analytics and MarTech capability into measurable business value
• Work closely with Professional Services, Customer Success, Product, Sales and Marketing teams

The Person:

• Experience in analytics consulting, customer data strategy, digital strategy or MarTech consulting
• Strong understanding of customer data, digital analytics, personalisation or customer journey optimisation
• Confident engaging senior enterprise stakeholders, including CDOs, CMOs and Heads of Digital
• Experience across regulated or data-rich industries would be highly beneficial
• Comfortable working closely with technical teams without needing to be hands-on technical
