In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of reports and dashboards to support key business functions including manufacturing, sales, and compliance. Working on-site two days a week, you'll collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to understand requirements, create solutions, and maintain existing reports. This role requires someone who is comfortable with hands-on SQL development and enjoys being a trusted point of contact for reporting and data.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in SQL and SSRS, with the ability to write complex queries, stored procedures, and views. You'll also have experience building dashboards and visualisations to bring data to life for non-technical users. An understanding of ERP systems or working within a manufacturing environment would be beneficial but is not essential.

The Role:
* Design, develop, and deploy SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports and dashboards
* Write and optimise SQL queries, stored procedures, and views
* Work closely with stakeholders in sales, production, and quality to deliver reporting solutions
* Maintain and enhance existing reports, ensuring accuracy, performance, and scalability
* Support data governance and compliance by documenting processes and following security protocols

The Person:
* Experience in SQL development, with strong query writing and optimisation skills
* Proven experience with SSRS report design and deployment
* Strong knowledge of relational databases, particularly SQL Server
* Experience creating dashboards and visualisations to support decision-making
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interpret business needs and translate into technical solutions
