This Cloud Architect role sits at the heart of a major transformation programme, replacing Google Workspace with Microsoft 365 and delivering a secure, modern digital environment using zero‑trust architecture.
What you’ll be doing
Designing and owning cloud architecture solutions and high-level designs
Defining identity, security and data architecture for the platform
Balancing trade-offs across cost, risk, resilience and performance
Setting technical standards and ensuring governance and compliance
Working closely with delivery teams to review and assure solutions
Supporting cyber security through threat modelling and risk reduction
Candidate profile
Who this role could suit
This role could be a strong fit if experience includes:
Cloud or enterprise architecture in large-scale environments
Designing solutions using Microsoft Cloud (Azure, M365, Entra ID)
Zero-trust or identity-centric architecture approaches
Balancing technical, security and business requirements
Working across teams to deliver complex, secure systems
Working environment
Location: Bristol, Manchester, Newcastle, York, Glasgow, Norwich
