Au sein de la DSI, vous concevez et pilotez l’usine d’automatisation couvrant RPA (processus métiers) et tests automatisés (web/API/perf). Vous structurez l’architecture outillée, industrialisez l’exécution CI/CD et mettez en place l’observabilité et des KPIs permettant de fiabiliser les parcours clefs (facturation, synchronisation de données, intégrité des flux) dans un environnement distribué.

Missions Principales

1. Automatisation des Processus (RPA)

Conception et développement de robots métiers (Facturation, Reporting, Data).
Pilotage de l'architecture : Python, RobotFramework, AWS & Rundeck.

2. Stratégie de Tests & CI/CD

Définition de la stratégie de tests (Web, API, Performance).
Intégration continue : Mise en place des pipelines GitLab CI, Docker et reporting sous Jira Xray.

3. Observabilité & Performance

Supervision de la qualité de service (QoS) via Datadog.
Analyse des KPIs (taux de réussite, stabilité) et amélioration continue.

4. Gouvernance & Coaching

Garant des standards techniques et de la sécurité.
Accompagnement des squads sur les bonnes pratiques (BDD/TDD, Mocks).

Stack Technique

Langages : Python, RobotFramework (RPA & Tests).
Outils : Postman, JMeter, UFT.
Infra : AWS, Docker, GitLab CI, Rundeck.
Monitoring : Datadog, Jira Xray.

Candidate profile

Profil Recherché

Les Incontournables (Must-have) :

Expérience : 8 à 10 ans en automatisation avec une dimension Lead/Architecte.
Expertise : Maîtrise avancée de Python et RobotFramework.
DevOps : Solide culture CI/CD et observabilité en production.
Soft Skills : Leadership technique et culture Agile/SAFe.

Les Plus (Nice-to-have) :

Expérience sur AWS (EKS, Lambda).
Connaissances sur Apache Camel.
