Summary: Emagine is seeking a Dynamics CRM Senior Consultant to provide expertise and support for Rexel Group initiatives, primarily focused on integrating Dynamics CRM solutions for enhanced business efficiency.
Location: Paris 17
Duration: 9 months
Start: ASAP
Telework: Full time for onboarding, then 2 days per week
Main Responsibilities:
* Support the Shared Service Manager in delivering increased value through Group strategic initiatives.
* Assist two Rexel entities in merging their CRM solutions into Dynamics CRM, including validation of options.
* Prepare for data migration and support integration of CRM APIs for various use cases.
* Define architecture and implement synchronization for contacts and preferences across the organization.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
* Consulting experience in Project Management.
* Knowledge of Dynamics technical integration and APIs.
* Excellent communication skills with a service orientation.
Nice to Have:
* Multicultural awareness, particularly within European contexts.
* Proficiency in additional languages.
Other Details: Please note that this position is full-time during the onboarding phase and allows for a hybrid work model two days a week thereafter.
