Nous recherchons un Consultant RingCentral pour intervenir sur un programme stratégique de transformation internationale des centres de contact. La mission consiste à assurer le paramétrage technique et fonctionnel d'OAuth et à contribuer à l’intégration de RingCentral (côté mailing). Le contexte est exigeant : forte visibilité, deadlines serrées, pression projet, mais aussi riche en enjeux techniques et organisationnels. Le consultant devra être présent sur site à Lyon, avec un rythme intensif au démarrage, puis un mode hybride limité.
Candidate profile
Paramétrage technique et fonctionnel d’OAuth / API Toolkit RingCentral
Maîtrise de RingCentral (mailing)
Connaissance des environnements centre de contact
Anglais apprécié mais non indispensable
Gestion du stress et adaptabilité
Autonomie et rigueur
Esprit d’équipe, bon relationnel
Capacité à délivrer dans un contexte exigeant
Consultant confirmé (3–7 ans d’expérience)
Habitant Lyon ou proche (pas de prise en charge frais déplacement)
Disponible immédiatement
