Bonjour,
Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos client un profil IT OPS pour faire de l’incident/change management, avec comme impératif avoir un background solide Netskope/Palo Alto et Fortinet.
Incident management habituel dans un but d’amélioration continu à travailler avec le bundle opérations en place.
Concernant le change management, on attend un profil avec une très bonne capacité à communiquer afin de bien présenter les changes avec leur enjeux et impacts au niveau du CAB ( ce qui est très important pour le DO car stratégique d’un point de vu sécurité).
Candidate profile
Le profil recherché doit avoir impérativement un background solide Netskope/Palo Alto et Fortinet et une très bonne capacité à communiquer afin de bien présenter les changes.
Working environment
La mission se déroulera dans les locaux du client final. Une présence sur site de trois jours par semaine est obligatoire et deux jours en télétravail.
