Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance. This is a hybrid position.

Candidate profile

In this role, you will support organisations through periods of transformation by planning, designing and delivering business change and learning activities that enable successful adoption of new processes, technologies and ways of working. You will work closely with clients and colleagues to understand business objectives, assess change impacts, identify learning needs and develop practical solutions that help people build confidence and capability throughout the change journey.



You will play an important role in stakeholder engagement, communications and training delivery, ensuring change initiatives are aligned to organisational culture and user needs. Alongside client delivery, you will contribute to the continued growth of CGI’s People Change capability, helping to develop propositions, enhance methodologies and share best practice across the team while continuing to build your own consulting expertise.



Key responsibilities:

Plan & Deliver business change and training activities that support successful adoption of new ways of working

Analyse & Assess change impacts, business needs and learning requirements using appropriate frameworks and techniques

Engage & Influence stakeholders at all levels to build understanding, alignment and commitment to change initiatives

Design & Develop engaging communications, presentations, training materials and supporting documentation

Facilitate & Support training sessions, workshops and stakeholder engagement activities

Monitor & Manage project risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring appropriate mitigation actions are implemented

Collaborate & Improve CGI’s change management capability through continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and proposition development

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

You should have experience in business change, organisational change, learning and development, or training delivery, coupled with a passion for helping people successfully navigate transformation. You will be a strong communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work effectively in complex environments where people, process and technology intersect.



Essential qualifications and experience:

Proven experience in business change management, organisational change, training, learning and development, or a related discipline

Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies and best practices

Experience conducting business, training or learning needs analysis

Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to create high-quality client-facing materials, including presentations, training content, reports and communications

Experience facilitating training sessions, workshops or stakeholder engagement activities

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

A collaborative approach with a desire to learn, develop and contribute to team success

Eligibility to obtain UK Security Clearance
