The primary purpose of this role is to facilitate the transition from Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) to Microsoft Windows 365 Cloud PCs, ensuring minimal disruption and compliance with security and performance standards. The ideal candidate will possess key skills in Microsoft Intune, Azure, and infrastructure management.

As a Windows 365 Cloud PC Specialist, your core responsibilities will include:

• Assess existing Citrix infrastructure to identify dependencies, configurations, and user profiles.

• Inventory customer needs regarding existing Citrix profiles.

• Design and implement provisioning policies for Windows 365 Cloud PCs in line with AFKL security protocols.

• Monitor policy compliance and optimize performance adjustments.

• Execute migrations and validate performance, compatibility, and user experience.

• Create detailed documentation for new processes, including step-by-step guides and best practices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application compatibility, user access, and performance.

• Collaborate with security, networking, and support teams for a seamless transition.

• Document migration processes and configurations, creating knowledge articles in SNOW.

• Design and configure SNOW workflows to support W365 implementations.
