As part of our high-performing Growth Marketing team, you'll play a key role in driving subscriber acquisition and app growth through best-in-class Paid Search campaigns.
The Role
We're looking for a data-driven Paid Search Optimization Specialist to own the execution and optimisation of direct response search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Apple Search Ads. Reporting to the Paid Search Manager, you'll manage performance-focused campaigns that directly impact subscriber growth and business results.
What You'll Do
Manage and optimize Paid Search and App Install campaigns focused on subscriber and user acquisition. Monitor performance, analyse trends, and implement bid, budget, and targeting optimizations to improve ROI and CAC. Partner with Media Strategy teams to align campaign objectives, budgets, and audience targeting. Drive innovation by testing new platform features, publisher betas, and automation opportunities. Collaborate across channels, supporting broader paid media initiatives including social and programmatic when required. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and media partners.

Candidate profile
2+ years of hands-on Paid Search experience managing campaigns within Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and/or Apple Search Ads. Proven success running direct response campaigns with strong knowledge of attribution, conversion tracking, and performance optimization. Experience with app acquisition campaigns and Mobile Measurement Partners (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Kochava, etc.) is highly desirable. Strong data analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Flexible and responsive to the real-time demands of live campaigns and major content launches.
