The UX/UI Analyst (Consultant) will optimize user experience and interface design of digital platforms, collaborating with stakeholders, designers, and technical teams. The focus is on delivering actionable recommendations and creating user-centered solutions that enhance accessibility, usability, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct user research and usability testing to identify needs and pain points.
Analyze user data, survey results, and analytics to inform design improvements.
Produce wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys for proposed solutions.
Audit and review current interfaces for usability and accessibility compliance.
Advise teams on best practices, standards, and accessibility guidelines.
Prepare clear reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Candidate profile
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
Proven consultant experience in UX/UI analysis and research (portfolio required).
Skilled in prototyping and analytics tools (e.g., Figma, Google Analytics, Adobe XD).
Strong communication and advisory skills.
Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
French and English fluency; German is a plus.
