In this role you will administer, configure, and enhance the ServiceNow platform to support ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to optimise workflows, implement improvements, and drive automation. You will also produce technical documentation, support integrations, and champion continuous improvement across the ITSM function.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with and configuring ServiceNow, a strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL principles, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Experience with integrations, scripting, and performance analytics would be advantageous but not essential.

The Role:
