Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance. This is a hybrid position.CGI is an Elite ServiceNow Partner, with a unique portfolio of offerings. You will be responsible for a leading and growing a talented team who consult, implement and configure ServiceNow workflows for our customers.

Candidate profile

You will oversee delivery and manage the staff within your practice, develop and market new propositions, actively driving business development from opportunity identification to client approval, closing new sales. You will also be responsible for managing the business operations (compliance, utilisation, staffing and P&L). The individual will form part of a successful revenue-generating team that is focused on growing our Business Consulting and Advisory business.



The role can be based from any of the following offices; Bridgend, Birmingham, Bristol, Reading, London, Leatherhead, Liverpool, Leeds, Solihull. The nature of the role will mean that there will be travel required to other UK office locations as well as client offices.



Your future duties and responsibilities

The Advisory ServiceNow Director position is a high-profile and demanding role providing advisory services to clients, promoting consulting services, developing offerings and managing financial performance.



You will work closely with other relevant teams such as Digital Transformation, IP, Global Technology Operations service delivery teams and carry a large degree of accountability in delivering acceptable financial performance to the business.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

As a Director you must have proven experience in leading complex ServiceNow programmes and teams to delivering high value outcomes for clients using ServiceNow workflows. You must have a highly-experienced background in IT Services across a range of multi-discipline environments, including within a consulting environment. We’re looking for a proven background at a senior level in the IT Services industry, gained through working for a large-scale Systems Integrator and/or Consulting firm, offering further expertise in sales, developing high quality solutions and proposals to support the business development lifecycle.

You will have proven experience of growing a business and will demonstrate sound operational and technical knowledge, covering ServiceNow solutions design and delivery, capability in portfolio development, consulting, delivering compelling presentations and leading conversations to CxO level executives across a broad range of IT and business topics. Finally, demonstrable experience in IT financial management relating to business case development and P&L management is sought.



This is a senior role requiring a range of traits across financial management, thought-leadership (ESM, SIAM/SMI, ITIL4, and Agile Service Management), commercial models (cost and pricing, contractual terms & conditions, IP protection) and relevant industry business development experience (IT Services and solutions).
