Job Vacancy Project Coordinator

PC required to work on various roles as attached as part of the Win 11 deployment project.

These roles will be remote based with occasional travel to Corsham if required e.g. for meetings

Core Project Management
Project Management Support
General administrative tasks supporting the project team, including meeting minutes
Supporting the Lead Project Manager with the creation of reports, plan updates, configuration management, commercials and change
Creation and maintenance of the project logs (including product, risk, issue, dependency and change)
Assist the Contractor's Onboarding Coordinator with onboarding activities
Onboarding Coordinator
Create and maintain a Resource Onboarding Plan aligned to the project plan and Migration Schedule that indicates the quantity of Contractor Resources required in each role
Liaise with the Contractor's Scheduling and Planning Manager to ensure that the Resource Onboarding Plan is kept aligned with the project plan and Migration Schedule in accordance with the Resource

SC Cleared or clearable candidates will be required.
