Missions principales

Co-création avec l’équipe Architecture pour définir le modèle DLP et son importance (storytelling : pourquoi c’est nécessaire, pourquoi c’est différent).
Analyse et recherche sur l’architecture des données AXA en lien avec les risques de fuite.
Proposition et documentation de nouveaux scénarios de fuite (ex. server-to-server, IA, agentic AI).
Collecte et consolidation des exigences DLP des entités et des scénarios existants.
Évaluation des risques et mesures associées.
Production des livrables : templates d’architecture (blueprint), use cases (Confluence), présentations (PowerPoint), meeting minutes, mise à jour SharePoint.
Gestion de l’engagement des entités tout en maintenant une approche top-down (résister à la pression pour aller trop dans le détail technique).
Pas d’implémentation technique, mais capacité à piloter les sujets, comprendre les risques et documenter clairement.

Candidate profile

Compétences requises

Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF est un plus).
Connaissance approfondie DLP (Data Loss Prevention) et des risques liés aux environnements modernes (IA, agentic AI, server-to-server).
Compétences infrastructure (réseaux, API communication – bonus).
Capacité à structurer et formaliser : baseline, design, blueprint, process architecture.
Excellente communication pour travailler avec des entités et produire des livrables exécutifs.
Anglais courant (projet international).

Vision stratégique et capacité à rester orienté architecture haut niveau.
Rigueur documentaire et sens de la pédagogie.
Leadership transversal et résistance à la pression pour entrer dans le low-level.

Livrables attendus

Modèle DLP (storytelling + blueprint).
Documentation des scénarios de fuite et des mesures.
Templates d’architecture et présentations pour gouvernance.
Mise à jour des espaces collaboratifs (SharePoint, Confluence).
