Contract: Permanent, Full-time (35 hours per week)

We're looking for an Agile Coach to play a pivotal role in shaping how we deliver technology and value across our Core Technology group. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role where you'll combine strategic influence with practical coaching-mentoring teams, embedding Agile practices, and driving a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. About the Role

As a core member of our team, you will:

  • Coach and mentor Scrum Masters and delivery teams, promoting shared learning, and best practice.
  • Drive continuous improvement, encouraging experimentation and optimising Agile processes to deliver working software effectively.
  • Develop and standardise metrics to measure performance and value, using insights to inform improvement.
  • Evolve Agile tools and practices, ensuring teams have the frameworks and systems they need to deliver efficiently.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate technical roadmaps into measurable business outcomes and embed Agile thinking beyond technology.
  • Foster a culture of learning, collaboration and adaptivity, encouraging joined-up problem-solving across teams.
  • Communicate effectively at all levels, ensuring alignment on priorities and progress.
  • You may also lead one Scrum team, depending on organisational needs.
