It presents an opportunity to separate the administrative/transactional activities from the strategic ones so each part of the department can be most effective in providing a positive employee experience. In this context, one of the success factors is the improvement of our HR tools. The first stage of the project enabled us to design harmonized processes and highlight the improvements required in our tools to achieve this target. The next step is to draw up an operational deployment plan, mapping out by improvement: the profiles to be mobilized (and the people when possible), the workload by sub-activities, dependency with local teams, and work with the product teams to help plan the sprints linked to this project. Objectives: Set up a project comitology for the workpackage HR systems and lead a project follow-up Draw up an operational deployment plan by targeted enhancement Work with product teams to plan sprints and facilitate their implementation through project management support. Participate in the drafting of supports and documentation required for project follow-up
