Offre de mission IT Security Project Manager

As part of the operational security control team, the following tasks :

- Drive delivery of some key initiatives with the Information Security M&C Group Manager
- Manage the various projects within the Information Security M&C roadmap
- Manage/report on the risk mitigation status of risks by these projects
- Lead to ensure the programs are adequately resourced
- Reporting on progress
- Responsible for ensuring that the project management system is up to date and accurately portrays the status of the portfolio of programs and projects within the Information Security M&C
- Manage IT security remediation projects from start to finish following our project management methodology, including:
o Entering and managing project tasks and associated timelines in project management software
o Coordinating and attending project team meetings, both internal and client-facing
o Documenting meeting notes and distributing to team members
o Creating and distributing project status updates to clients and team members
o Identifying risks and issues to project quality, timelines, or scope
o Escalating appropriate risks and issues to technical leads, practice managers, managing partners or client project managers
o Following project closeout procedures including confirming client acceptance of final deliverables and ensuring documentation is uploaded to internal repository
- Perform full life-cycle project management for large and mid-range Microsoft-based development projects, responsible for all aspects of project, schedule, budget, and resource management
- Communicate regularly via formal and informal methods with our team and client team members to ensure:
o Expectations are being met
o Projects are on track and on budget
o Team members have the tools, documentation, and inputs they need to be successful
