SAVOIR FAIRE DU PRESTATAIRE Senior Business Analyst avec expérience confirmée sur des projets Salesforce, idéalement sur Experience Cloud. Capacité à animer, organiser et restituer des ateliers fonctionnels avec des parties prenantes variées (métiers, IT, UX).
