Salary: Grade B - £39,390 (National Framework) or up to £44,792 (London Framework - if you are London office based or homebased and live within the boundary of the M25). Those working from home will receive an additional homeworking allowance of £553 per annum

Contracted Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week (part-time or compressed hours considered)

Contract Type: Permanent

What you will bring...

To be considered as a Platform Lead, you will need:

- Expertise in Automation technologies and AI applications, especially within Power Platform and Dynamics 365
- The ability to identify and implement AI and Automation solutions that enhance business processes
- Knowledge of IT service management principles, preferably with an understanding of ITIL frameworks
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent collaboration skills

What you'll be doing

As a Platform Lead, you will lead the deployment and support of Automation and AI solutions across CQC.

Driving continuous improvement initiatives, you will ensure the successful integration of solutions into Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, identify opportunities to enhance tech solutions, and work to guarantee outstanding service delivery within our organisation.

Additionally, you will:

- Manage relationships with customers, vendors, and key partners
- Collaborate with internal teams and technology experts
- Identify opportunities for leveraging Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities to align tech solutions with business objectives
