The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Technical Author, preferably in the telecom or technical industries. You will possess exceptional writing and editing skills, proficiency in tools like MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, Confluence, and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.

The Role:

The Person:

• Proven experience as a Technical Author, ideally in the telecom or technical industries.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills to create clear, concise, and engaging documentation.
• Proficiency in tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, and Confluence.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and documentation versions.
