In this role you will be responsible for the commissioning and support of cognitive computing systems and equipment. As part of a dedicated team, you will provide exceptional on-site and remote support to clients based nationally and internationally in line with the company standards and expectations. This role is site based on site in Leicester and will require to attend client visits nationally and internationally. The ideal candidate for this role will be an individual with experience in technical support and/or commissioning position with strong understanding of software and hardware set-up as well as basic electrical skills. The right candidate will possess strong communication and stakeholder skills and be happy in client facing environments. The right person for this role will also be happy to travel nationally and internationally to provide on-site support.
