Position Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Vetting Officer to join our team and conduct thorough background checks on potential candidates

Your future duties and responsibilities
   •   Preparing detailed reports summarizing findings and recommendations based on the vetting process.
   •   Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate findings and recommendations.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
   •   You must have an eye for detail
   •   be computer literate
   •   have a good, confident telephone manner
   •   be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders both internal and external
   •   Must be able to manage the lifecycle for candidates going into the vetting process, collating information, ensuring compliance, managing and submitting candidates and communicating with stakeholders.
   •   Analysing and interpreting information gathered during the vetting process to assess an individual's suitability and identify potential risks.
   •   Handling sensitive information with utmost discretion and adhering to strict confidentiality protocols.
