Contractor job Scrum Master - Inside IR35

A Scrum Master with Financial Services experience is required for an initial 12 month contract. This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week on site in Glasgow and is inside


IR35 so will require working via an FCSA accredited umbrella company.


Key skills and experience:


1.Supporting squad/agile team leaders in enabling work to flow through our established Lean-agile workflow.


2.Provision of coaching and support for squad/agile team members to enable lean-agile thinking and adoption of the method.


3.Leading across key lean-agile events within our delivery cadence i.e. Daily Scrums, Retrospectives and Planning sessions


4.Upskilling across lean-agile tooling to support teams with the overall adoption of the method.


5.Practitioners should be able to support teams day to day, in their ability to execute against key initiatives across our model.
