Job Vacancy IT Support Analyst

We are currently working with a leading financial services client based in the City, who is recruiting for an Infrastructure Support Analyst. This is a permanent position based in the City, requiring circa 3 days per week on site. In this role, you will be part of a collaborative and multidisciplinary team who take on a variety of challenging responsibilities.

If you have experience within the Financial Services industry taking responsibility for 1st and 2nd line support, then this could be for you.

What skills you should have?

• 1st and 2nd Infrastructure Support and Administration
• Microsoft 365, Citrix and Azure experience
• Some networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
• Software & Hardware experience
