Join Our Team as a Project Manager and Drive Change in North West Local Government

Introduction:

Our client, a leading public sector organisation based in the North West is currently seeking an experienced project manager to join their team on contract basis. As part of this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to work alongside talented professionals who are passionate about delivering impactful change for local communities.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience working within local government
- Strong background in project management
- Relevant qualifications or certifications

Skills:
In order to be successful at this role, candidates should possess strong skills including but not limited to:

- Change Management - able to drive large-scale transformation initiatives that impact multiple stakeholder groups.
- Communication - excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability convey complex information succinctly
- Leadership Skills the ability inspire teams while fostering collaboration amongst diverse stakeholders through effective persuasion techniques


Responsibilities include (but are not limited):

- Leading end-to-end projects across various departments ensuring timely delivery and adherence within budgetary constraints
- Establishing clear goals, objectives & timelines by collaborating closely with all departmental heads involved
- Ensuring continuous evaluation throughout each phase of every given initiative, and providing regular progress reports highlighting any issues/concerns identified along the way

Rate :
The selected candidate would receive £500 per day commensurate upon relevant experience.
