Our international client is currently searching for a Senior Product Engineer to help to develop the test, reliability and production processes for leading products. The role will involve driving the mixed signal IC product development processes, creating solutions for reliability strategy and execution, test and production. Managing new product ramp from production planning to execution will be required, as well data analysis to support IC product qualification, test and production.
Required skills for the Snr Product Engineer will include:
• Previous semiconductor IC product engineering experience
• Knowledge of reliability stress techniques
• Understanding of production and qualification of mixed signal IC test methodology
• Strong communication skills
• Degree or equivalent in Electronics Engineering, Physics
