Head of Infrastructure

Responsible for ensuring that all IT infrastructure, platforms and endpoints are delivered effectively to meet the needs of the University.

Focused on the robust delivery and management of technical infrastructure and endpoint services - ensuring availability, capacity, security, and accessibility of services is aligned to customer expectations and business need and that the on-going service improvement and the development of these services is aligned to the growing and changing demands of the University.

The role is responsible for the provision and management of the University's networks and connectivity, server and storage estate on premise and cloud-based, virtual platforms, operating systems (both Linux and Windows) and endpoint services.



Previous experience in higher education is essential.
