Nous recherchons pour notre client un gestionnaire back office FBTI pour une mission longue a Charenton

Au quotidien, vous avez pour missions de :

Facturer nos clients des commissions liées aux opérations, assurer leur bonne réception et comptabilisation dans les délais impartis ;

Payer nos contreparties pour les commissions dues ;

Traiter les suspens comptables (justification quotidienne et résolution) ;

Déclarer chaque fois que nécessaire les risques opérationnels et les réclamations clients à votre manager ;

Participer à l’amélioration continue de nos processus.

Vous maîtrisez :

- Les garanties internationales et domestiques ;

- Les flux internationaux et domestiques ;

- La comptabilité ;

- Les outils bureautiques usuels et FBTI.

Candidate profile

Vous avez un excellent relationnel, une très bonne capacité d'écoute, vous êtes :

- Organisé et rigoureux ;

- Dynamique et fiable ;

- Motivé par le travail en équipe et par le changement.

- Vous maîtrisez l'anglais avec un niveau B2
