Responsibilities for the Senior Test Engineer: • Drive NPI meetings with analog and digital DFT techniques from TFMEA • Develop High speed test solutions on both wafer and package level for Advantest V93k • Collaborate with Product Engineering teams for ATE Characterisation • Develop high quality test solutions to far shore OSATS • On-going test coverage and yield improvements for KPIs Requirements for the Senior Test Engineer: • Automotive mixed signal testing experience • Working knowledge of ATE (ideally V93k) for Wafer or Package level testing • Cross functional team collaboration with design, product, characterization, validation, applications, marketing, reliability and Quality Assurance teams • Define and review T/P/D FMEA A competitive flexible salary range of £50k - £90k based on levels of experience, shares, private medical plus other great benefits. They are now seeking a Senior ATE Test Engineer to join the growing team at this very exciting time. Responsibilities for the Senior ATE Test Engineer: • Create and document detailed testing plans for new technology devices. • Design and troubleshoot software and hardware for reliability and production testing. • Diagnose issues with new semiconductor components. • Develop efficient and cost-effective testing solutions for large-scale manufacturing. • Oversee all testing-related tasks, including both hardware and software, in partnership with internal teams and external testing partners. • Implement, refine, and deploy testing programs for remote production sites. Requirements for the Senior ATE Test Engineer: • Experience with digital, mixed-signal, and power management IC devices, along with hands-on experience on automatic test equipment. • Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing techniques and semiconductor testing strategies. • Competence in scripting languages like (C/C++/Java/Perl/Python) • Knowledge of advanced SOC testing equipment (such as V93000 or SMT models) • Demonstrated experience with testing tools like spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, VNAs, and similar equipment. • Familiarity with system-level and RF/SOC testing is advantageous. QA Test Automation Engineer (Python Automation) Cambridge to £65k Do you enjoy breaking things and taking them apart so you can figure out how they work and put them back together?
