The ideal candidate will possess excellent knowledge of T&D sector processes and have a proven track record of delivering successful results on similar projects. Title: Seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for Exciting Cabling Project in South London Introductory paragraph: We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a contract basis. Our client is working on an exciting cabling project located in South London, which requires the expertise of someone who has worked with NEC 3 or NEC 4 before. Job description: Responsibilities include but not limited to: - Managing all costs relating to projects from inception through completion - Conducting feasibility studies for new construction projects - Preparing tender documents such as bills of quantities and pricing schedules. - Analyzing data related to costs incurred during each phase of the project lifecycle.
