Job Title: Senior Quality Manager Location: Barrow-in-Furness. This is a full time on site role Salary: £60,250 plus, depending on skills and experience with executive car allowance and benefits on top What you'll be doing: You will be leading a team of Quality Professionals and project managers to drive improvement into the SSN-A schedule Be a point of contact for all SSN-A build quality issues and represent Quality in SSN-A senior leadership team Collate elements of knowledge using Learning from experience within Astute & Dreadnought and implement onto the SSN-A programme Be responsible for the Project management of all quality opportunities for SSN-A Report on the overall progress across SSN-A quality areas Oversee the delivery of the quality requirements in build as a Facility Quality Manager Your skills and experiences: You will need to have proven, direct leadership experience Have gained experience within a professional engineering environment Hold good knowledge and understanding of Quality techniques and inspection methods Have strong Project management skills & experience Benefits: You'll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
