Significant experience of managing 3rd parties who provide Data Centre services. Significant experience of supporting Incident and Service Management and associated Data Centre Infrastructure Management (DCIM) tooling with the resolution of Data Centre critical major incidents/issues impacting live service. Significant experience of providing specialist technical support and assistance to projects ensuring definition and delivery of requisite non-functional requirements to architectural and roadmap developments. You and your role As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will be designing and developing infrastructure products as part of our Data Centre team, ensuring the operational stability of infrastructure solutions and implementing changes to meet the current and future demands.
