We are currently recruiting for a Data Management Lead to join our established and experienced Chief Information Office team here at RSA on a hybrid basis. As the Data Management Lead you will be responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of data management practices, ensuring high data quality, governance, and compliance across the organization. You will ensure all data management practices comply with regulatory and industry standards. You will implement systems and processes to capture and maintain comprehensive metadata and data lineage for key data assets. You will oversee enterprise MDM/RDM (Master & Reference Data Management) strategy implementation, ensuring that master data across key business domains (e.g., customers, policies, claims) is consistent and accurate across all systems. You will work closely with IT and security teams to ensure that data is handled securely, protecting it from unauthorized access, breaches, and data loss. You will collaborate with enterprise data architecture, data delivery, and business teams to ensure that data management practices are embedded throughout the data lifecycle. About You: To be successful in this role you will have good Insurance domain knowledge. You will have good delivery experience to develop and execute roadmaps, and implementation plans. You will have expertise in data quality, metadata, lineage, MDM/RDM strategies and regulatory compliance. You will have familiarity with data management platforms (e.g., Purview, Collibra, Informatica) and tools. You will have experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure) and data governance tools. You will have the ability to work with cross-functional teams to enforce and implement data management solutions. What we offer you: At RSA we put our people first.
