Financial Crime ManagerCity of London Company client partnered with a leading Global insurance business in the search for an experienced Financial Crime Manager. This role is London based and hybrid. Main Responsibilities: * Conducting thorough investigations into potential violations of sanctions regulations. * Implementing compliance policies and procedures to monitor developments. * Monitoring transactions to ensure compliance with law and regulation. * Build out the financial crime framework. * Providing training and guidance to staff on sanctions compliance. * Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to sanctions requirements. * Provide compliance training to staff. Key Skills: * Strong technical knowledge of Financial Crime. * Previous experience within the insurance industry. * Strong knowledge of Financial Crime regulations and sanctions requirements in the EU/ UK. * Proactive in your approach. * Excellent analytical and investigative skills. * Ability to communicate effectively and provide guidance on compliance matters. * Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
